You're one of my favorite cooking teachers, man. I appreciate your no-BS approach to using what you have on hand. It's been a huge influence in the way I feed myself and others, and I can't thank you enough for sharing your passion with us.
Now do a cover of Caravan, lol.

How could anyone not love Frankie? Good choice of combinations for a meal. I will try this.
There is still corn on that cob. Growing up we used a corn cutter to strip the good stuff off for the freezer. Creamed corn is so delicious right from the stalk. Yummy! 🙂🌽

Frankie with another veggie pasta!! I literally just made Frankie’s broccoli pasta for lunch, and I was wondering what to do with extra fresh corn on the cobs I bought. Keep em coming!!

I love how funny you are…makes it fun to watch. Corn and pasta…simple ingredient….looks so good. Gonna have to try but only if I can find some worthy sweet corn. Where I am, sweet corn season I over, I think.

Years ago, you made a absolutely DARLING video on puttanesca. It was so much fun to watch, I loved it and it made me subscribe. I CANNOT find it. Puttanesca is a very special dish to me and your video is one of the reasons I love it so much. Where did it go!?

I made this recipe last week. Instead of olive oil I fried half a pound of bacon and used bacon fat instead. Frigging solid. I didn't expect to get so much out of the sweet corn. Like if I make it in the future I'll use another ear of corn. Thanks for the video Frankie.

What? What? What? !!! A $1,400 induction burner from Breville? Whose kitchen is this? Where are you? Why are you there? Wasn't this kitchen at one point like red white and blue? Is this really you? How do I know? I'm so confused. Who is really president and in charge?
