this was outta the world, crazy work man! I too am learning phone filmography a little, and your LUT has really helped me so much, thank you so much, and it would be really helpful if you provided more insights on the iphone camera, and post more content with it.
Amazing video wessel!! Question, do you put your Project settings --> Color Management --> Timeline colour space to Apple Log while working then.? and then apply the lut?
Hey I currently own an iPhone 14 pro so I am thinking of getting the dji pocket 3 instead of the iPhone 16pro I believe it's better to wait the 17pro what is your opinion on what I shall get? Thanks!
Brilliant video, thank you for sharing! But… what defines a "proper" camera? Is it the high-end Arri Alexa or the more affordable Sony A7S IV? In my view, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is also a proper camera-it simply offers different advantages and serves different purposes. Ultimately, all cameras are proper cameras; they each have their own strengths and limitations depending on the context of use. That’s my perspective, anyway.
Very masterful techniques… Sadly, when it comes to cinematic, iPhone is only good for B-Rolls as you mentioned at the end, small sensor and lack of depth, the only advantage of using an iPhone for projects is when you want to go anamorphic, that way you won’t need to buy 2 insanely expensive anamorphic camera lenses 😂
Thank you for watching! Let me know if you have any questions :)

You can get the shallow depth of field using full frame lens adapter
Very nice ❤❤
Amazing video wessel!! Question, do you put your Project settings --> Color Management --> Timeline colour space to Apple Log while working then.? and then apply the lut?
Hey man, amazing video, thanks for the LUT, I LOVE it, btw where do you get your sounds effect?
Artlist, lens distortions and recommend bryn north’s sound pack
underated
thanks my bro,
Did you use an external mic for the sounds?
I didn’t! The iphone mic is quite good imo. Especially for voice overs. But using an external mic could be better
Very Nice Video 👍🏻Which Level of Stabilization you use in BMC?
The latest Davinci Resolve Studio has a great shallow focus/narrow DOF effect - give that a try to add the missing look to the small iPhone sensor!
That would be awesome, thanks
Would love seeing some live sound-design editing, some advanced a video or a course. Or maybe you can say where did you learn it? Thanks
❤ from NEPAL
Editing software?
Hey I currently own an iPhone 14 pro so I am thinking of getting the dji pocket 3 instead of the iPhone 16pro I believe it's better to wait the 17pro what is your opinion on what I shall get? Thanks!
Did you have sample log video from iPhone 16 Pro ? I really want to try the capability of log profile from Iphone.
Great inside info what stabilisation setting did you use in Blackmagic app ?
Nothing! Sticked to the original settings
@ so zero stabilisation?
Brilliant video, thank you for sharing!

For me personally that would be an a7siii. But yes you’re right, all depends on context
What about bit rate? There was a recent update and where you choose codec, you can also change bit rate
You shot on log can I shot on log and then apply lut then start shoot and another question can I edit hevic 265 in capcut mobile
Who or where did you learn your film and photographic skills from? And how long have you been shooting?
Ik realiseer me nu pas hoeveel creativiteit er gaat zitten in het geluid, wajo. Nog meer respect voor videografen, haha!
Haha een van de leukste onderdelen imo!

👏❤️
very noisee , all frames.
Inspiring video! Why did you choose the HEVC (H.265) codec?
Because you get small file sizes without sacrificing video quality!
@@WesselBabtistI’m using the free Davinci Resolve, do you have a suggestion on what software to use for transcoding HEVC to ProRes?
