I hope one day Phoenix fd with new tutorials will upload!
Yup, bunch of new Phoenix stuff I should cover
@@RedefineFX That would be awesome!
The legend is back. Yaaah 🤗
Much appreciate the support ;)
Thank you so much Jesse for this ! May be its a stupid question! how to control start or end timing of this FX....Please reply
Hello thanks for this nice tutorial , I ahve a question . There is a way to not get the hard edges normals but smoothed on the black hand ? Thanks again
No because it’s fractured geometry. Easiest way is just to animated a mask in post
very nice brother. Can you please make a tutorial for a water fall .please
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hey Jesse, this tutorial seems like a good example, but could you do a tutorial explicitly about how to create floating embers? There are some tuts online for realtime, but not for TyFlow / Phoenix.
Noted
Great tutorial! thank you. btw is that possible to make realistic shaders like those create in houdini for example creature skin and organic materials?!
That's a very broad question. I'm seeing a lot of pro texture artists using Substance and then bringing that into maya/max/houdini/unreal
@@RedefineFX Yeah I just thought they have made those shaders inside the houdini and I thought it's has a powerful ability at creating realistic shaders maybe they use other pospro effect that make those stuff super realistic. I can't share the link here but if you are interested what shaders I mean exactly I can send photos from them to your email :)
thank you so much Jesse! Quick question regarding tysplinemesher, can you apply a gradientramp to have the spline trajectory change color with age? Did you have this in the Deep dive tyflow course?
I never figured out how to apply custom properties color changes to the tysplines geo. I only did it with the tymesher, and that’s covered in the deepdive
@@RedefineFX many thanks Jesse!
Awesome Tutorial...Many thanks for this...Just wondering, is there a way to remove facets in the tyflow mesh that is being disintegrated? Even the example of the hand has a faceted mesh..Can we make it smooth?
I have the same problem :(
There’s no way to do that because the geo gets fractured. I would just animate the transition in post with a simple feathered animated mask.
@@RedefineFX I appreciate that..but there is a solution....Using tymesher, and the mode can be input geometry. Then you may use vertex weld .Hope this works
@@mrgiri23 cool, i'll try that!
@@mrgiri23 just tested and works like a charm, thank you, I'll make a short tut to show this
Do you have new courses ?
Working on a bunch but getting things warmed up first with this tutorial series which will go on for a few weeks.
how do i get the particles to orient to the object normals?
No idea
How would you turn this into a whole hand structure and add blocks in the middle
there's a tutorial for that on my channel already called nanotech reveal
He is back,he is back 🕸🤌
Another one same time next week 🙂
Super!
Do you think this is possible to morph an object with this technic ? I would be awesome at my job xD
it’s possible
Could you please help me ? I can't seem to make the cloud move slower. The cloud bursts too quickly, and I can't figure out how to make it go slower. Does anyone know how to help me?
2 Questions: 1. How did Tyson Ibele manage to create this wonder alone? 2. Who taught you all this ? It's not like you read the manual.... or did you ?
1.) Blows my mind too
2.) Lots of experimentation, many failed ideas and tutorials you guys never see
Not related at all, but what video player are you using ? Thanks !
Media player classic
@@RedefineFX Thanks !
What if the hand was animated? Is that tyactors?
I think it's doable without tyactors but too much to explain in this comment
Could you explain why you setup 1 unit as 10 cm ?
I only mention it because usually I do 1cm. It doesn’t matter here since it’s so abstract, but for those who are following me exactly and plugging in the same numbers, it’s easier to follow if you’re in the same scale setup as me
@@RedefineFX but why did you set it up at 10 cm and didn't leave it at 1 cm like usual ?
How the heck did you learn to do all this?
You learn a few basic setups and then think of ways to combine them to make something cool that appears complex.
Never underestimate a programmers ability to overcomplicate something as easy as "scale to zero" with a little variation.🙃
Aren’t you a smart one! Good for you 🙃
Could you please help me ? I can't seem to make the cloud move slower. The cloud bursts too quickly, and I can't figure out how to make it go slower. Does anyone know how to help me?
