What a great thorough review of concealers. I have very dark circle deep set eyes & have tried tons of concealers to my dismay. I find now in my 60's Bobbi Brown cream stick concealer works best for coverage. I am going to try Sarah Creal flex which is one I haven't tried yet. Thanks for all the research that you do on each product.
Hello😊I don't even wear concealer but I still love your videos. I'm playing catch up on your videos. I watch the skin tints, but I can't have sun screen at all. Great video by the way.😊
I am always amazed at the depth of your research and knowledge about skincare ingredients. I remember you mentioned your job is in research, but don’t remember if you shared the area of research that you do. Do you mind sharing that? Great video, as always. I need to get a new concealer, there are so many options…
Oh, thanks so much! I started out my career as a journalist and then later became a marketing professor and consultant. My undergraduate in journalism and my doctorate in marketing degrees are from Northwestern University. I'm glad you liked the video! ❤❤❤
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews that explains the depth of research! Thank you for sharing, and I am glad we get to benefit from your attention to detail! I have mature, sensitive skin. I would love a dive into the best peptide product for our skin type. Ther are so many out there, and I always wonder if they truly do anything besides sit on the skin and moisturize. It seems a lot f influencers like the OS 1 product. And Augustine’s Bader, but that one is just so expensive.
Thanks for the extensive review! I’m surprised at how much product you apply. You use a ton and kind off rub it in on the thin under eye area. I like to use as little product as possible an just do a few dots and tap it in with my finger tip or use a special concealer brush. The goal being a natural look and virtually no creasing.
I agree that using as small of an amount of concealer as you can to still achieve coverage is a good idea. I tend to use a larger amount in these videos because I know that some people will need more than I typically do and want to show what it looks like in that case. I do think that when I was looking at the video footage that especially with the Saie Slip Tint concealer I did use a lot more than I usually do. Thanks for the comment! ❤

I do really like the Bobbi Brown concealer stick a lot. You may not find anything you like more! ❤
Hello there. Thanks for the review, I think I will try the Chanel sublimage correcteur yeux next time I buy a concealer.
