Wow, this entire video is beautiful. The NIN track adds a lot. Your visuals are unmatched here on youtube as far as I'm concerned. Trey's entire monologue is so rich and expressive. Everything about this video made my day. You're one of my favorite smaller tubers at the moment but I really can't wait until you blow up. Quality content like this should be at the forefront of this website. Thanks for sharing this with us!
Dang man, that was like the best comment anyone's ever left on my youtube. Haha. Seriously - it's super rad knowing that the videos I'm creating are resonating with and inspiring other people. Trey is an amazing human all around - couldn't have done it without him. Thanks for the stellar feedback!
Dude can you be any better!? I love everything you do so much. From The Chariot to Toro y moi to Showing me Com Truise now to this video. So awesome, so so awesome
Thanks so much Matt. You bring up a really good point actually. I ditched the Canon SLR's for video a while ago. I've come to actually much prefer the image out of these little Sonys. Post has a lot to do with the image too of course, and grip (camera rigging) adds a huge amount to production value. But overall yeah just being able to see and react to your environment to get certain shots, pre-visualizing what those shots can look like, and knowing what tools to use to accomplish it... is huge
Thanks man! Yeah same exact technique, just interpreting the footage down to 23.976. Except this one was shot at 60p instead of 30p so the slow motion is even more savory.
