Brother this video is full of value. I’m in Eastmark and the growth has been insane. That freeway would be a much needed relief for the south residents. The water issue is a bunch of noise. Great video and narration

I'd love for you to record a video of the new development right off of E Baseline Ave and S Cortez Rd in Apache Junction. I drove past there 2 months ago and the land was barely touched, but driving past it today I see the construction has exploded! There's now full paved roads, lamp posts, and looks like some building occuring. Really quick.
