I guess I am the only one who is not happy with my visual acuity after LAL implant. I was encouraged to get LAL due to my previous Lasik. Post final LAL lock in, I have 20/35 in one one eye and 20/40 in the other. Doc said that's the best he could achieve for me. However, I was seeing better after the adjustment and before the final lock in. The lock in procedure definitely had a negative impact on my vision. I haven't been able to find any reviews out there similar to my experience. But for the huge extra cost incurred for these lenses, I was hoping for better results.

Does this patient need reading glasses or is her vision corrected for both distance and reading?
I'm highly skeptical that a fixed lens like that can correct for both distances.
