Hey CAKE friends! Welcome to FROSTING FRIDAY here at CHALEESE BAKES CAKES! Today, we're making MERMAID TAIL CUPCAKES! I'll show you how EASY and FUN it is to CREATE MERMAID CUPCAKES! Your KIDS will LOVE these! They're REALLY EASY to make! You just need a few supplies, I purchased the MERMAID MOLDS on Amazon. You just need some SPRINKLES and BUTTERCREAM, some WILTON CANDY MELTS, and CUPCAKES! I hope these MERMAID CUPCAKES bring a smile to you face!

I so love them. My daughter's birthday is in June and she is having a Mermaid themed party at the splash pad. I had seen something like this on Pinterest, but there was no instructions. This was what I was wanting to do, but was not sure how to achieve it. Thank you for sharing, she is going to be so excited.

These are beautiful. Loved how much detail you put into it. Because I know kids notice everything and appreciate it. Can you please let me know what did you use to color candy melts. Anytime I use regular color it seizes up 😐 would Ameri color work with it?
Most of my candy melts are already colored. They do seize up when you add color, if you need to add a color, just add a tiny bit. Yes, Ameri color will work fine! Thank you for watching!!

Yay for mermaid cupcakes, still my favorite! I think the sprinkles were from Sweetapolita sprinkle company, I'm not sure if they still have them though. They have sooo many cute ones! So does Sprinkle Pop Shop!
How did you put the 3 colors into the bag without them mixing inside?

Can u plz let me what did u use to colour butter cream ,is it blue? And also the choclate witch brand u make it to get the purple
I use Chef Master food coloring! It's purple, pink and blue swirled together. The chocolate is wilton chocolate melts! 💜💜
