I believe 90-105 second per map barrel farming with 50+ scarab and 50+ currency map rolls is double the currency per hour of any currency farm in the game right now if you account for bulk buying and selling, divination card turn ins, and map rolling. You do not need to be very strict about rolling these maps as again, the goal is to run as many maps as possible per hour. Hopefully barrels get nerfed next league. The tierlist is for in-league currency. Multiply by 2-3x for standard.

Does the map for mysterious scarab strat need to have barrels on it itself? Or are you running any mods with atleast 50 scarab and 50 currency and just using the barrels from the scarabs?

I see everyone talking about barrels, but what do the barrels actually do? And it's just when the map has barrels on it right? Not the barrel scarab?
Does the number of barrel matters since it range form 30-40

After a few days of testing, a fun and profitable option is strongbox farming with Containment, Discernment, Hidden Compartments, and Potency (+ optionally the Ambush map device craft for 5 more). Plop those in with some Crimson Temple or Defiled Cathedral (or whatever other map you like for its card drops or length). In can sometimes feel a bit bad in the same way that Crop Rotation can with dry streaks, but killing boatloads of mobs very quickly for big loot spikes is something players new and old will always enjoy doing

Would you recommend running t16 maps for beast farming strats? iirc higher tier maps dilute the pool of beasts more, would be interested in your thoughts on this.

Haven't done as much testing as others but I would say yes if it doesn't slow you down. T17 map drops or div card map or general more loot.
if my spell only target enemies and not barrel, do you know of a way to open them without doing it manually and then dying cause they explodes ?
any strong opinions on strongboxes? I've just been goofing around with boxes and scarabs since you can spawn your allflame mobs from the boxes and just praying for decent stuff. Had a vaal temple with most of the ambush set of scarabs and I must've opened ~60 strongboxes due to repeat opens and the scarabs.
I have not tested strongbox, but it also seems good.

Don't know if I missing something o.0 At the middle of the road I've started to pickup all scarabs and all bubblegum currency to not further lose divs/hr. I'm playing nearly the same setup as you do, so no shortcomings there. Juiced the maps as advices. Anything that could influence this huge gab betwen our results?
@@YariOmCorazon Picking up all loot is a terrible idea. You want extremely tight filter. You don't lose money. It cost very little to run the maps.
@@Path_of_Chigurh Yeah, I have as you adviced. When I run the maps every 5-8 maps I get a high value scarab but that just balances the cost for the T17's. Sadly far away from making good divs/h T.T

I'm running barrels myself with decent results, but I used to only use 2 barrel scarab with one nemesis and one traitor.
If you use 3 of em, what's your fourth? nemesis or traitor (assuming it is one of these)?

Ultimatum catalyst farm feels pretty strong to me with my current setup. 200%+ quant 8 mod corrupted maps (using 8 mod map scarab), 1 bribing, 1 duelling, and 1 catalysing scarab. Do exarch altars for genetic loot drops, get a fair amount of fortresses, and roughly 100+ catalysts per map. Not really sure what the hourly rate is but I'm sure it's at least 20 div/hr minimum
Yeh, there is good amount of different ultimatum strats, but if everyone is doing the catalyst strat, prices will go down and it won't be as good.
@@Path_of_Chigurh That is very true, one of the easiest markets to tank so I should probably stop shooting myself in the foot blabbing about it lmao
On a similar setup (8mod dunes and 170 quant 320 rar) i droped 80div/h profit in a 20 map test (4 mahuxolt were half if the profit)

on your in league character, how do you deal with no regen or leech maps? trying to get my mana cost as low as possible but even with - mana crafts and inspiration ill still have about 10-14 mana cost
mana gain on hit ring. i think shaper.
I see that you have Singular Focus on your B2B Atlas tree, what map(s) are you favouring? Just whatever's currently pricey or is there a specific map?
I favorite no maps so they get converted to currency.

With the T17 B2B barrel strat you mentioned, you said you run 3 Barrel Scarabs but didn't mention the 4th scarab you use, does the last scarab matter or can it be literally anything?

what are some of the better budget t17 farmers if i skip the boss for the barrel farm?
I have a progenesis and mageblood, i could farm 150 divines pretty easily but whats a build that can speed clear t17s with such a limmited budget?
edit: current characters i have geared include a dead eye bow build for legion farming, rf cheiftant for exploding high pack size, DD necro to tank horrible damage mods and a hexblast trickster for sanctum
Best T17 farm for non multi mirror character is pure barrel farm and skip boss

@@Philipdossantos38 Uhhhh. Doesn't really matter. You just need to run at around 250% movement speed and not die every map. Barrels have 1 hp.

Any recommendations for a barrel builds under/around a mirror in league? Not being forced into mf could make non-bow (or non-mf bow) builds better at this right?
Anything that runs fast and doesn't die. Barrels have 1 hp.
Yeah, i'm trying bows right now and i doubt anything beats the 350-400ms version in speed. Rolling 100c per map is not very fun tho (>50 currency, >50 scarab, no brick mods)

But was there some kind of criteria you used to include these (separated into these tiers ofc) vs. others? Cause I'm also wondering if there are other methods that would fall into say B tier? I feel anything below D tier is not worth bothering with of course.

Is it worth barreling even if you don't have MF gear on and aren't clearing in ~90s like you mentioned? How slow of a clear would be your breakpoint to do another strat?
There is no break even. You can be as slow as you want. Running the maps are cheap. You just don't want to be picking up chaos orbs is that will be less profit per hour if you have a fast build. Barrels aren't affected by MF so non MF is fine.
Thank you for this very informative video but I highly suggest you mention, whether in title or description, that your result is based on Standard. I am confused because the statitics is very different to my experience. Then I noticed this is Standard. The price is very different between Standard and League. For example, in your 40 mins barrel farming video, beastry scarab of duplicating and harvest scarab of doubling is almost 1/5 of the profit. They are 40c and 44c in Standard and guess what are the prices in League? 1c and 3c. Your ranking is convicing based on my personal experience of several strats, but the distribution (also the number) of profit is very different.
The results are not standard. Multiply by x2-x3 for standard.
can you make build tier list because when you say you need a 200 movement speed build i don't know witch ones you talking about because most youtubers build have hh and are not that fast
You don't "need" 200, but mageblood + quicksilver + silver flask + boots + action speed mod on boots is around 200 ms on any build.

IDK. Haven't extensively tested.
Cornucopia sucks, im running crop rotation last two leagues and its stable profit with minimum investment. If sacred blossom haved higher chance to drop that Cornucopia was actually not bad, but just for juice its not worth imo

You mentioned you run Fortress in your B2B barrel strategy. Is this important for barrel spawning or something or is the Fortress layout just preferable for you?

Dunno guys, I only tried 9 t17s with barrels just for fun and to try something new, the barrels themselves gave me only fking one c (100%+ scarabs/currency+barrels mod)

@@Path_of_Chigurh oh sorry, thought i was on a different video. T17 barrel. I can see it being great if you can run the maps in just a few minutes but for mots builds its pretty hard to do that. I just do the map + boss in 5-6 minutes. The cost to run the maps definitely isnt free. I pay about .5 per map and then if i were to guess on average, to get a barrel map i can run its like 30-50c extra per map? sometimes even more than 50c to roll a map if its bad rng

Yes, even if you can kill boss in 5 seconds. The animation to start boss and loot dropping after kill is too long.
i think some of these numbers are false unless they are about league. On standard its very different.
I made over 40d per hour farming beasts and the same amount farming essences in standard. A friend of mine ran 50 harvest maps and got 3d profit per map. Ofc all maps were ran in like 2-3 mins maximum as we weren t min maxing the farms.

Half the profit doesn't come from the actual harby explosion. Comes from the rare mobs that harby spawns.
Aren't barells unaffected by MF? Curious if there is a better strat for MF builds.
Yeh, but they only account for 50% of the loot. Mf helps other 50%
