I dated a capricorn 10 years ago that I fell very much in love with. When he betrayed me I was so hurt I kicked him out and moved on. I’m a Taurus as well been with a Capricorn for a minute and dated a few in the past the best advice I can give you is be patient with him . You said he has been married twice so he probably is just scared. If he doesn’t call you, then you call him . Some times us Taurus can be a little aggressive when we don’t get what we want ( without noticing or meaning to) but just watch give it some time reach out let him know how you feel I do not play hard to get they do not like that .
