Principles 1 & 2: 'Kata Principles' Workshop:

Exerts from a 3plus hour 'Kata Principles Workshop' in Melbourne Australia. Rather than the finer points of individual kata, we focused on Principles relevant to ALL kata.
P1: Everything must work within physics. A non-karate-ka with a physics degree should be able observe your kata and give every move the tick of approval.
P2: One Syllable movements MUST be one syllable movements.
