Its probably the current state of the whole Russian navy.
They have no money to keep everything in check and functional.
In the past years since the Kursk incident there was at least 3 submarine lost and a frigate due to fires on board.
3 nuclear submarines lost. And a frigate.
I mean normally things like these doesnt happen. Soldiers and sailors are tasked of maintenance of the ships until some severe damages occurs snd after that the ship is sent in drydocks for engineers to work on it.
It seems the russians can afford the cost of put ships in drydocks for regular scheduled maintenance.
I wonder in what state is their nuclear armament. And I also hope they have paid at least that to be secured.
If they havent done that, then a lot of sites in Russia are probably compromised by nuclear radiations, the chance nuclear weapons can suddenly detonate or the opposite... Their nukes can make the boom. So are just for show.

Does she think he swam away and is now living a life in secret somewhere? I can understand that families are angry and upset that their loved ones are dead, but why would some think that their family members aren't dead? The ship was attacked and sank. The missing crew members aren't living on a secret base on the moon. And why would you publish such an interview? Or does she accept her son dead but she's just refusing to sign the legal documents as a form of protest? If it's the latter, then this was a terrible video because it's not at all clear that that's the point.

there is absolutely no way they were getting 130,000 dollars for a dead russian soldier, that was a typo for sure. 130,000 rubles is about all they're worth

@@samharrisford I agree, I think $130k is an insane amount to be paying per death. 130k in Rubles $1,580 makes more sense. Mind you with the way food prices going up in Russia, getting 130,000 potatoes might be worth more!!😃

It made me very angry when I found out Putin basically sent bright young men who didn't even get a chance to live life yet they had no idea they had no idea they were even attacking until they're officers broke off running away telling them to stand in place and wait to be relieved it was a Slaughter on day one

I understand she is grieving for the loss of her son. That is what a mother does.
    That is a regrettable situation.
I would ALSO like very much to have one of those WONDERFUL commemorative postage stamps of a soldier giving the doomed ship the middle finger.
This is very much a situation of:
PLAY STUPID GAMES, WIN STUPID PRIZES.
Aggressors MUST suffer great and crushing losses at all levels and be taught a lesson. PUBLICLY.
Russia has repeatedly failed to learn simple lessons.
A backwards nation forces its citizenry to suffer needlessly.

As an old sailer myself this us a sad story for a once proud ship, that through poor leadership and poor use was lost, sad for her crew, not for the party in charge though as they are just the type of arrogant idiots who put hazard a crew from their comfortable yacht bought with stolen funds
