Holy MOLY .... this is NOT for the faint of heart (or patience!!!). It got to be more of a challenge that I had to achieve ... than saving a few dollars!!🤣GOOD LUCK! (now may have to have a glass of wine! Luckily it's just about 5!)

Lmao!!! between my poodle wanting my attention and doing this for the 10th time im feeling freaking out. i tried to slow the video down to see the criss cross tapes and how it should be. but im all for challenge and after that ... glass of wine!!! lmao!!!

This is way too complicated! They removed simple white out for this?! Talk about making matters WORSE!!!!
Never going to buy this product again. Every single one, got messed up. I tried doing this but my fingers just couldn't manipulate the strand of wite-out. TOO MUCH WORK for me. A bummer because it was great while it lasted.
Not worth the hassle n headache loss 2 trying to fix one. Will not be buying again. Waste of precious time and money

I really don't have time to mess with it. Can someone tell what was wrong with the last model. Never had a problem with it. Bic must of found a way to make more $$$. It really sucks. Please bring the last model back.😵💫

I think I'm about to throw mine away also because I cannot find a video that is showing exactly my problem with this stupid correction tape and I hate to throw it away before it's all done but I think I'm done! And I'm text talking that I'm so annoyed and a correction tape all over my fingers all over my fingers!
Poor design. I was so close to fixing it but once I tried to separate the two rolls, all the white out tape came off the center! It was game over after that. I hate to waste. :-(

Spent over an hour of valuable time trying to fix it (HAD to know how to) and I think the dang thing may be empty. Will rewatched in full first before trying to do this with you. Wouldn't THAT be a colossal waste of time! 😂
Why did they take out the function to tighten it without taking the casing out ??!

I think a diagram to show how it loops over the white piece and to show the placement of the tape around which pegs would be helpful.
