- At the end of term 2, I had my last day on class. I have now moved into a different role.

Office politics is a thing, sadly, a thing I and many others have encountered. The politics players are generally acting out of their own ego needs, not necessarily in the best interests of the people involved. Keep up your confidence in yourself, Cassie, and keep alert for your next opportunity.
I have my suspicions about what went down. At present, I'm still at the same school and I may be on a class again next year, but for now I'm in a role I really don't feel is right for me.
Just DO NOT let it erode your confidence. I may be on the other side of the planet, but I'm sure you have locals who will back me up on this. You've always come across as capable, knowledgeable, and professional.
😔 😢 No words can explain why. I can't understand why.
