Really enjoyed watching this. It felt like having a nice casual visit in your home, without having to fly across half a continent and a wide ocean. 😊 One good way to thicken a soup, by the way, is to add some potato; it's starchy but neutral enough to not clash with the flavors in your soup. It looked pretty good, just as it was!
