@@SherylYan we get the same amount of elixir as opponent does so for every support troops we have to send a troop in defense to support the inferno tower or dragon. One whose card synergy is better wins. Its not that it is undefendable. Every deck can be countered with one another. No deck is unbeatable.
Im pretty much around 5000 trophies and almost always face megaknight against me so i always have megaknight sparky inferno drag exe in my deck to counter any decks with huge tanks.

@@SherylYan skeleton barrel is widely used in giant skeleton clone deck and i have never encountered megaknight with skeleton barrel so far in the ladder but im damn sure that my executioner can roast the skeletons while my inferno drag deals with the mega knight.
This is my ladder deck. 1.Megaknight 2.Sparky 3.Executioner 4.Valkaire(not sure about the spelling tho) 5. Electro wizard 6. Skeleton army 7. Inferno dragon 8. Zap. It is a 4.4 elixir deck and have won 8 out of 10 megaknight decks that i face. The only weakness to this deck is that it is vulnerable against cycle and bait decks and other than that i have had significant success with this deck over the past 2 season.

I've been using the inferno dragon for many years and I can tell you this: yes it can kill him really fast if the opponent doesn't use zap or something like that, but consider that while his damage grows the megaknight might have alreadry done a lot of damage to your tower, and also consider that people during a push send him with other cards so... meh.

Fun Fact: The professionals tend to use the regular Knight more often than the Mega Knight. This is due to the Knight's 3 Elixir cost and reasonably good health.

The fact that even now, 3 years after the cards release it still singlehandedly is the meta makes it overpowered
I literally have to dedicate a deck slot to be able to counter him(I use a pekka)
And even then it works maybe 5/10 times coz of the amount of support it gets as well as the way people use the mega knight
Most clash royale cards have 1/2 purposes and ways they should be used
The mega knight can fulfill nearly all of them
The only thing that the mega knight cant singlehandedly kill are the pekka and air units
Unless it gets support, mostly even a f*cking ice wizard is enough to make it hard to stop, and if its a baby dragon or inferno dragon then you are pretty much f*cked

I don’t use mega knight in my decks, but if u think mega knight is a threat, ur probably in a low arena. Just use a tank to kite it like an ice golem and then have a dps attack it from range. Mega knight is very easy to counter and punish them for wasting 7 elixir.

Also: that high dps unit is actually the waste of elixir, either its an pekka or other expensive card or its something the mega knight can kill in 1-2 hits
@@adrian225 if a support is deployed u can either use a spell to kill it, or separate the mega knight from the support using the ice golem. If u need something bulkier to tank more hits u can use a giant and counter push after u have dealt with the mega knight.
Ps: the dps can be something can be something cheap like minions or bats. If u want something bulkier, go for mega minion. If u want some thing ranged to support the tank that is distracting the mega knight, use e wiz, musketeer, or if you feel like getting zapped use sparky lol.
