Nice presentation Steve, I might get one instead of replacing my malfunctioning instrument cluster($$$$) since it reads the OBDII just like the cluster does.
I had emailed the support team about 4 years ago when this first came out. The invert feature was something they had no desire to do as they were only interested in the car market. I mentioned to them about the semi market and there response was trucks were going to be automated in 10 years and drivers didn’t have any money to buy anyway.
Weren't we supposed to be using this back in 2015, according to 1989's "Back To The Future, Part 2"? Of course, we were supposed to be driving flying cars & semi-trucks as well, &, paying 50 bucks for a medium glass of pop.
@ 10:10 the phone is mounted right next to the HUDWAY Drive. At this point what's the big difference between looking at the phone and looking at the glass?
Dash clutter, phone mount for phone was sufficient in my rig. Settings to extra large and everything is readable. I laugh at you guys with wires and junk cluttering their dash like a map. Garman trucker GPS must have fills all other needs. This thing is a overkill.
that is wonderful thank you for all the travel I have so much fun and I learn a lot
Steve I'ma big fan of your videos
That's a great gadget Steve! Really like your channel for LIVE driving.. fantastic! Hi from South Spain! 😀
Thanks 👍
I like it. Hope they make a truck version soon. Once Im back on the road I'll get one. Thanks for showing this.
My first time hearing about this hud way thingy

For that product/upgrades you are describing, you should check out the eyelights eyedrive. It projects a larger image onto the windshield.
Pretty cool video. The info is exciting. One tiny detail:
Please do not text and drive, nor read texts while driving.
Привет! Очень нравится тебя смотреть. Удачи тебе. Как в России говорят водитялям- "Ни гвоздя, ни жезла"!
This is a cool product, for all u drivers 👍

Love your videos
I think I get one of these for my car
That's so cool
Nice job my men. Conga
Hello Steve :)
It would be great if it had a built in dash camera
Great idea I don’t think Schneider would like that. They are picky about electronic devices!
Do these plug straight into the obd plugs on big trucks, 07 Kw T800 to b more specific. car obd2 are square plugs big trucks round plugs
12vdc cigarette plug, 120vac plug, or mp4 solar plug
Nice video Steve, does that tell the weather and the location of the truck?
Yes it does
@@BigRigTravels ok thanks

who looks at the phone and why?
@@BigRigTravels people use their phones for navigation, music and phone calls
Thanks GOOD AMÉRICAN
GOD BLESS YOU. AMÉN
I wonder if it might be too distracting.
as opposed to you looking down and holding your phone?

then it isn't for you. no product ever made is meant for everyone
