    I am so glad you are back - I have missed your videos! And my goal going forward is to be intentional - love that concept - of being self-compassionate, & also to be writing poetry.

    I can't wait to see the footage from the wellness conference!
    This month I am focused on overall health & transitioning to a more plant based diet. I'm also going to start a detox program to help prepare my body for this transition. I'm making time for myself to find & do things that I enjoy.
