The Philippines has only few Bhramos missile. Maybe 20 to 25 is not enough to counter China 's aggression. If the Philippines has 3000 bhramos missile then China would be afraid. The Philippines should not off guard it's defence and military modernization program as the weakest in Asian military capability.
