It's always insane to me how much of an effect something as simple as the chase music can have. I see him as a threat now instead of a joke. Giving The Clown this theme instead of the generic killer chase theme, at least in my ears, completes the original intended purpose of his design: to be one creepy fucking clown.
I'm so glad more killers are getting more unique chase music it really adds to their character instead of just the basic chase music every other killer has. makes them feel more scary, unique and different, i hope more killers get their own chase music in the future

I love the vibe all of the new chase music's give off Doctor - lots of sharp metal sounding noises that are very erratic , goes with the fact that he would torture his victims , and the feel of electricity and how it tends to make bodies shake erratically Hillbilly - starts of slow giving that eerie country vibe before the best starts getting faster almost sounding like a chainsaw running , the way the music flows goes with the more chaotic way he runs , or dashes at you Clown - Has this Marching band from hell feel , the same carnival instruments from his menu theme . So far to me it feels like being lost in a mirror maze with a scary ass clown coming after you
Btw this chapter makes so much sense to have this killer and this survivor together, the Clown is a psychopath who kills and keep victims fingers, and Kate is a guitarist with beautiful musician fingers, it makes sense he wants her fingers.

They’re both entertainers (Kate is a country singer (based Kate) while the Clown worked for the circus, presumably as a clown) but they are their role because of different reasons (Kate wanted to bring happiness to the world after seeing what a song can do while the Clown only worked for the circus to get away from his criminal life)
you can hear like, a little marching noise while being chased, and I really like the weird noise in the background. if any kid heard it they'd probably think of it as silly which is perfect for the clown

The music’s rhythm is so energetic and playful, just how it should be. It has this “bounce” to it that matches the Clown’s fairground theme and his movements. That with the distorted noise that somewhat sounds like laughter, and how it doesn’t quite synchronize with the rhythm makes for a chaotic intense feeling. I think it’s perfectly deceptive just like the Clown himself is. It has a happy element to it but it still reminds us of his twisted mind and dark desires

That with the distorted noise that somewhat sounds like laughter, and how it doesn’t quite synchronize with the rhythm makes for a chaotic intense feeling. I think it’s perfectly deceptive just like the Clown himself is. It has a happy element to it but it still reminds us of his twisted mind and dark desires
