Good job 👍 I'm proud of her.... I'm a top rate diesel mechanic for 40 years and it's nice to see women taking care of what they can on their cars... I wish my daughter's would stop asking me to fix there cars 😄👍
Abdullah they are quite sturdy I assure you. I wouldn’t crawl under my jeep if I was putting myself at risk of them collapsing. But thanks for the comment, I hope it was helpful 😊
When you accessed the drain plug, i know the skid plate has a convenient cut out to access the drain plug... but is there a cover to go back over the cut out to prevent rocks/ debris from getting up in there?
You might be able to find an aftermarket skid plate but I haven’t ever looked into it. I haven’t ever had any problems with debris getting into that cut out.
Not sure but isn't better to open engine oil cup and the stick then open the pan wait for oil to drain and then unscrew oil filter? Seems there are 2 different schools how to do it. Any comment which is better and why would be helpful. Thanks!
Taking off the cap and stick helps it flow out better and i would’ve drained the oil then filter and i like to wait til no more oil draining out but that’s my preference
Hello - I have a 2018 SRT also Really keen to hear if you've had any 'interesting' experiences in running Mobil 1 0w40 in your SRT i.e. is it a myth that 'we' should always be using the Pennzoil 0w40 with the MS12633 rating (which is expensive here in Australia) Many thanks!
To my knowledge, Pennzoil is what comes factory in the SRT. I use mobile 1 and have in all my vehicles and never had any negative experiences. Running a more expensive full synthetic oil in a high performance vehicle is recommended. If you are running your Jeep hard, it’s best to put a very high quality oil in to keep it happy ( you will find it gets better results in performance also). I use Mobile 1 or Royal purple (which ever is cheaper at the time). I hope this helps!

Hey nice ramps!!
Haha thanks. I inherited them, however they have since been replaced 😂 they have been permanently retired 😉
@@GirlinGrease The flex in them gave me some anxiety. 🙂
@@jackolantern22 haha me too! But back then I didn’t care. I have since retired those ramps 🤪
Not sure if woods is the best choice as a ramp in terms of safety. Other than that, excellent demonstration and easy to follow. thanks

Keep up the work
Is this mobil is somehow cheaper or better than dedicated SRT Penzoil ?
I curious about this oil. I just did my srt gc with this same set up and my jeep feels sluggish now. Its coming out. Going back to srt Pennzoil.
