I was hating this song the first time i heard it on UA-cam, but when i listenned it in my car with a big sound, i loved this song, and actuallly all the "Looking for stars" album ! This band is amazing ! I've got all them album, and there's not one song which is bad ! Thank you to them. This music is saving my live each day.

Hi guys. Luka left the band as well. She was replaced by the original songstress Geike Arnaert.
It sounds nothing like Hooverphonics but remember, artists experiment. They have the freedom to do so. I think this song is really really good! Sometimes deviating from your signature style is fun and interesting.

When I read some of the comments on this video I realize that young Luka has to carry a heavy luggage; more than 20 years hooverphonic and a handfull of previous singers to be compared with. But still, there she stands with her exceptional voice in front of a legendary band. So I have a message for her and I hope she reads this: don't listen to the narrow minded people and stay who you are. I was already totally captivated by you when I heard you sing your very first note last year! You are an added value for HVP!
I didn't attack the singer at all. I only deplore that their music has become very banal, without any research, without any will to evolve. When I hear Braids next to that, frankly...

When I (finally) discovered Hooverphonic last year it was an incredible mix of John Barry and trip hop, and I never stopped playing them for months and months. Day in, day out - I couldn't get enough. It was amazing to find this wonderful sound that is missing from modern music. And now we have this - a nice song but it really could be by anyone. I'm a sucker for strings and a 60's vibe and this has none of that. No more sweet music from Hooverphonic would sadden me tremendously.

This is such a great tune, I'm loving it! This is only the second song with Luka and already they go out of their box, this just shows how talented she is. She is so down to earth even throughout all her success, and that is what also makes her an inspiring artist. I cannot wait for more artwork, keep it up! I'm a fan

Quite a surprise!!! Very nice song though. The more I hear this young singer, the more I like her. I have seen her perform LIVE twice now. Amazing… her version of Vinegar and Salt is really the best I have ever heard. Also 2 Wicky and Inhaler were very well performed. Seems like she can sing any kind of song! Speaking as a die hard fan, I must say this makes me very curious about their next album. Congrats Luka!

Everyone who's saying this doesn's sound like old Hooverphonic, don't you remember when "The world is mine" was released? The shock it was? This is very close to the tunes that were in that album, so this shouldn't be a surprise for fans. I like this face of Hooverphonic, more poppy and happy, not so dramatic. Anyway, the album is pure Hooverphonic, you won't be disappointed.

hi i am from istanbul. this week i was in their live concert. i listened Luka her voice is great actually, like an angel, she is doing well but she is so shy. her live performance must be better. she stood still and sang like she is in a studio but giving a live concert is smt different. you have to keep in touch with the audience. she is sooo young. lets give her a chance.

How many singers did they use????
Geike was amazing with her songs, and most likely no one will never match her when it comes to her set. I didn't like Noemi when she did Geike's songs, but thought her own stuff were great. And Luka? Judging by what I have seen and heard this far, I think it'll be the same. Like it or hate it, one thing that Hooverphonic has always done is adapt their style, their songs, to suit the strength of their singers. I look forward to seeing what else Luka will bring.

I am so tired to read all the remarks about Noémi and Geike. Geike left the band many years ago, for God's sake! And personally I never liked Noémi that much, so with Luka I am back again. I was in Holland a few months ago and I heard her sing all the Hooverphonic classics. I have to say that I was very impressed. OK, this song sounds different than what you would expect maybe, but nevertheless I like it. And I like the singer for sure! I think she is doing a great job, and in my opinion she is MUCH better than Noémi for a change! For me she is Geike the second, and considering her age, she might become even better!
Geike was more or less her age when she joined Hooverphonic.As you wisely said, Luka is full of talent and will continue to improve a lot over the years!
