This means that there is something wrong with the 24C02 memory. Please make sure you enter the correct values and it's soldered properly. Follow all steps described in the instructions on pages 18 and 19: carlabimmo.com/manuals/immobilizers/citroen/citroen-peugeot2.pdf

After the procedure Emulator has to be in the ECU - it's replace immobiliser signal, not remove it
