I just found out that Spain has free Colleges . I have triplet boys that are 10 and I'm doing my research now. Most people I tell didn't know about free college and have a hard time believing that there's a way to afford college for their children. Could you help me find out what is needed for people from the United States to go to school in Spain? This could be a good business idea to get people to buy property in Spain
From what I've read the public universities aren't free for international students but still quite inexpensive compared to US universities! I wonder what level of immigration status might allow your kids to get the universities for the native cost?
Great series to start as i am heading to do some exploring next week along the coast. Have you looked at schools in these areas? I too would prefer to do public schools.
Hi, I'm german, living currently in the USA, but have spent most of my life nearby Pego. I know the Costa Blanca very well and I'm planning to move back. But unfortunately the market for houses went up so much in the past 10 years, that i can't afford it anymore. Have you got any advice for me?
Firstly how much is too much, secondly if you are currently in the USA take advantage of your time here to work more and aggressively get more cash. I've seen properties in pego move in ready for 35k. Oliva about 100k. I think it's still possible.
@ENTPLIFE I'm looking into buying cash flowing assets. Specifically from distressed business owners who are willing to structure the deal entirely from their cash flow. So they would allow me to take over te business and pay for it from its existing cashflow.
I wonder if you can take the train. I took the train from Valencia to Alicante. I am not sure if there is a train stop in Pego. Thanks for taking us along. I have been to both Valencia and Alicante. Loved both of those places
So you can take the train as far as Gandía but then you take a bus the rest of the way. It is all included in one ticket that you would buy from the train company Renfe. Train and bus service throughout Spain is great.
Great video. We are shopping around to get a place in eu for abnb. Its among Italy, Spain and France. Which is more affordable and has the least headache. Thank you.
Affordable and airbnb don't mix because the most affordable locations will usually be the least traveled. I'm in the process of buying a fixer upper here in Sicily that's in a tourist town near the coast.
Yes, Pego does have public transit options to major cities. While Pego itself is a small town, it is reasonably well-connected by bus services to larger nearby cities such as Alicante and Valencia. For more direct travel, private shuttles and taxi services are available and can be used to reach nearby train stations or directly travel to major cities.
This is something to research....I don't think so but contact an immigration attorney or tax specialist in Spain to clarify. But instinctually I think no because you're not earning a wage there as an employee
Gibraltar isn’t Spain. Gibraltar is an independent overseas territory ceded to the UK by Spain through a treaty, unlike Spains North African colonies that were taken purely by force.
@@TripAcesIf you have EU passport then it’s doesn’t matter at all where you are and how you live in any EU country. You are resident anyway if you stay there
@@homeoffice3524 Appreciate the reply.. i thought that could be the case.. so essentially I qualify for these projects in Italy, Spain, etc.. Interesting..... can you get projects renovated for about 50k each?
Surprised because there was no traffic on a weekend at three pm? Make the same journey from Monday to Friday during Spanish working hours. Don't you see many older people? People are at home, where do you want them to be? Those houses that you advertise so cheap do not exist. If the first to like them existed, they would be the Spaniards themselves and not foreign speculators. Hospitals are public, to be treated you have to have worked and paid contributions in Spain. Pego is a simple town with town life, an essential condition, speak Spanish.
I love experiencing your growth from the last 3 years I've been following you! Wishing you continued growth and success!
Thank you so much!!
I'm so jealous of this lifestyle just buying houses anywhere in the world. 🥰
You can do it!
how?@@Karl__Pierre
I love Valencia! and watching this series now, loving your channel
Glad you enjoy it!
Dude, Valencia is great! Agua de Valencia, las fallas, paella… it’s the best
It's an awesome place and fairly under the radar ....most default to Madrid and Barcelona
@@Karl__Pierre if you continue this series you should do a Las Fallas episode
First time viewer Sir and was pleased to see a fellow black guy . Have you checked out Portugal and Bulgaria yet ?
Neither yet, but based on language alone I would lean towards Portugal

Not yet! This trip I focused on real estate and just getting familiar with the region. Next time
Great video! Is Italy still a viable option? I saw your other videos in Italy 🇮🇹
Yes of course. This is in addition to Italy to give people ideas of what's possible out there that Italy isn't the only place!

You are brave my brother. I will live vicariously through you until my passive income streams are set up.
You can do it! What do you want the passive income streams to be?

@ENTPLIFE But if I can find distressed properties to cash flow I'm into that too!
Can I get resident if I purchase a property in this place I am from Africa
Interesting. Not sure it'd be for me but definitely sounds like a good option for LOTS of folks looking to relocate to that area.
Whats more you speed?

I googled it and there is a train station
I didn't look for a train route, I'm not sure if there is a stop in Pego itself.

If I am a retiree and living off my pension, will the Spanish government still come after me for income taxes?

Having a pension may qualify you for a visa.

This is a waste of time. He did not provide any useful

buying these cheap properties, are you able to live there too?
Doesn't automatically qualify you for residency
