Good morning my beautiful friend, the pink succulent is GRAPTUPETALUM Mirinae. I did that training plant and I love it too specially when it flowers . Your obsessed with my background lol. It’s a tropical vibes
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about this topic. It has really enlightened me on how to grow and make them more beautiful! God bless your channel!❤❤❤
Thanks friend for watching the adds as well . I’m happy I reached the first goal now more hard work for us lol. Yes it’s amazing that as soon as I introduced them to sunlight the colour start changing from my open green house to outdoor shelving.
Very good tips shared on stressing out our succulents to have the desired colours. I don’t have this Mirinae yet but now I think I will look for one. I love the overhanging succulents in the tall black pot at the beginning of your video. I like these sort of style because they remind me of the windswept bonsai style and I did turn some of my succulents to have this kind of look.
Hi Molly I gues we have the same taste. I love every thing I see in your garden, I love hanging plants and bonsai style too. I always loved hearing from you
Love those beautiful color! Thx for sharing Em, I have the G. Para ghost Succie and cascading and one stem had crested- a huge one 😊, keep uploading 🙏 thx
Thank you for those great tips Em. I have the Mirinae on my wish list to get next so this video was very helpful to me. I was amazed at the many different colours it goes in different light situations. All of them are beautiful.
@@Emshomesucculentgarden Now I know I wont panic if i get a green one, thinking i may have been sent the wrong one.lol. They are so pretty in a cluster! I will have to wait a while for that. lol. Have a good week-end Em!
Ok..I have e ghost plant and they are growing like crazy! Now.. its in a 6in clay pot. How often do you repot them? I will have to bring it indoors in winter months. My copper rose is growing in a glass terrarium. Gonna repot in clay pot soon. These types of succulents grow well in Michigan weather.
I just repot mine when I feel the soil is not anymore absorbing the water coz I like the look of being compact in the pot sometimes if it’s really congested I will thin it out only (by pruning)to give some air circulation but my ghost plant stay outdoor during winter time coz we don’t experience snow where I am.
Hi EmsVi, This is most beautiful plant love it 😊 you mentioned that they don’t like frost - is that right? Also I’m from Melbourne where abouts in Australia you are from? Rgds
Just read the last message that you are from SA - which city. Apologies for being nosy 😔 but this is only to get a reference point for me for Melbourne. And I love Graptoveria😍
Hi Aparna , it’s alright I don’t mind 😁. I’m in Mount Gambier I think your weather in Melbourne is better than what we have here. Winter is always raining and frost most of the time.
Thanks for your quick response much appreciated 🙏with regards to acclimatising - how do you propose to do it as I want try acclimatising Graptos this winter 🥶 our zone is heat zone is 4 & cold zone is 10. Please note I’m still on my L’s for succulents 😊 Thanking you in advance for your advice Rgds
You can start it now slowly. Take them out in the morning direct sun for atleast 2 or 3 hrs coz we still experiencing hot weather then after a week add 1 hr at a time per day until they get use too it. It’s a little bit of work though
Hi Michelle, I don’t have a Copper Rose but I look into it there is a copper rose that belongs to Graptopetalum family and there’s also a copper rose that belongs to Echeveria Family.
Not really, kasi yung leaf propagation ko na Mirinae yung iba pink and yung iba green . Mostly kasi pag young pa we place them undercover or green house to protect them kaya green pero yung nasa out door yung babies naman nila pink narin..
Hi Guys in this video I’m sharing to you my main factor I do to colour up my GRAPTUPETALUM or succulents although there are lots of factors to colour up your succulents but acclimating to sunlight is one I do most.
