Hi I was wondering what the sole height is on these shoes. I had a knee replacement a year ago and my knee doesn’t like those high stack sneakers which are sold everywhere.. I’ve tried on hundreds of pairs and so many brands. I also have high arches. I seems my feet like to be closer to the ground which doesn’t affect my knee as much but the Skechers I have, which are 1 1/4 sole height (perfect) but they offer not much support.does this sound like something that may work for me. I also have a pair of Brooks ghost which I liked for the firmer heel and support when going outside of the housebut again those are too high which affects my knee. If not these can you recommend anything else lower stack and not where I would sink down at the heel and offer support
Hi, thanks for your comments. I totally understand your point. The over sizes "marshmallow-like" outsoles are popular right now but not for everyone. KURU shoes are not this built this way. The Atom is only 1 1/8 inches in black and they have great support. If you decide to get them, let me know how the work out.
Thanks for your feedback, I am curious, did you do the recommended break in period? Due to the structure of the shoe (there is a lot going on!) your feet may have felt achy the first week as they adjusted since Atom's support activates different muscle groups - wonder if you might have thought this was due to a lack of cushioning? My testing shows a good amount of bounce and a quick recovery in the insole. But if you like more of a memory foam feel when you step in I would suggest the Hoka Bondi amzn.to/49jDB82. It feels like stepping into a foam brick (but this comes with a chunkier profile). Or try Hoka Clifton, a little less bouncy (and chunky) than Bondi but still good support amzn.to/3UnpZEx Good Luck!

Are these leather?
Good question! They are mostly mesh.

Yes, nurses and any one in retail as well. Or any one on the the trade show curcuit too.
I tried these. Did not enjoy them. Super hard and firm. Not a lot of cushion.
