Never use an air tool to start bolts,very easy to strip the threads on aluminum

I have a 77 ford Thunderbird. Not sure if previous owner lost spring when removing filter. What would this cause the tranny to do if it was missing? Thanks for video.

Stupid kit. Has two gaskets for valve body but the gaskets don't have an A or B on them.
