Permissive parenting that’s how , if drug culture behavior is being allowed from the parents how could any of these things that happened not happen , there is no stoppers in place to safeguard a child from his bad choices .. None.. These children were as grown as the mother , doing any and everything they chose.. smh .. selling drugs, robbing , unmarried, pregnant , shackling up, No discipline from anyone no boundaries , no Ethical living to be seen .. I'm guessing Soto was into the drug selling to help Matthew AND herself..$$ is a great incentive to dismiss the dangers. But the day before her baby was to come into the world??? The baby, Fabian, was an unwilling participant in this life and in his death. If she had survived with Fabian, she would have been charged with child endangerment for sure. He coddles criminals and has retraumatized countless victims of heinous crimes in Bexar County. I hope one day he can see past the donor money and realize San Antonio needs help more than the criminals do.
