QUESTION : Why do we "capture" pirates? How about simply sinking their boat, send them to the bottom or let them swim to shore? Problem solved. Why let them go to do it again, and again?
Because most countries have these funny things called Courts and Laws, police don't just take people out back of the jail and shoot them in the head, that would be highly illegal. Besides that most Somali pirates are chiefly former fishermen driven to desperation because the Somali fishing industry went to total hell

I was on a ship pirate hunting. We caught 47 and took them to the Seychelles for sentencing. 1 of them was a taxi driver his first trip out in a boat got caught and got 7 years in jail 🤣🤣🤣

How to defeat piracy:
(1) Hire me as a security guard and I'm willing to bring my hunting rifle and 100 rounds of ammunition!
(2) If a pirate boat comes alongside and puts up a ladder, have some crew members run over and PUUL UP THE LADDER AND THROW IT INTO THE SEA! The Pirates can't climb aboard you ship without a ladder!
(3) If a pirate boat comes along side and theows up a grappling hook, have some crew members run over and PULL UP THE GRAPPLING HOOK AND CUT THE ROPE! The Pirates can't climb aboard your ship without a rope!
