That swing is a thing of beauty! Check out JJ Weatherholt’s swing from WVU. He could possibly be this years #1 pick, definitely a 1st rounder. But he has a beautiful load, is starting to show the pocket more and has his body stacked and in sync.
He led college baseball in hits and BA last year, just shy of .450. He just came back off of an injury this season but should have the bat going soon.

Dont get me wrong I like Santander, but Kjerstads gotta get a call up soon too right? I so badly want to see cowser, kjerstad, holliday, henderson, westburg in the regular lineup.
Kjerstad is more being blocked by Ohearn/Mountcastle/Hays. He profiles more of a corner outfielder and DH/1B and Tony Taters isn’t going anywhere - easily the best power hitter on the team. Mounty may end up with the most bombs, but I’ll back Tony to lead the team in XBH again this year.
Satander been disappointing lately and its pissing me off because I know he can play way better
Kjerstad prob only coming up if they do something with O'hearn. Santander ain't going nowhere, they would have traded him in off-season if so
Mayo should slot in there somewhere too. Next year maybe Norby and Basallo. Man this team has a bright future. 😎

They faced a gauntlet of lefties out of the gate on the mound that most of their stacked lineup struggled against and they are calling up right when Holliday is still eligible to return a first round pick if he wins ROTY. They didn't make a mistake, this was clearly the plan the entire time. C'mon now.

The thing I don't understand is how teens bring their top prospects to MLB spring training and the prospects dominate spring training yet the team still elects to send them down to the miners even though they were one of the best players on the team during spring training🤦🏾♂️

Matt. Their profiles are so different. Jackson is a better defender than Matt ever was, but he will never be the power hitter Matt was.
