Thanks for all your great content-- the light reflex in this question apparently refers to the cone of light that bounces off the tympanic membrane when using an otoscope. Distortion of the pattern of reflection may indicate middle ear inflammation, consistent with labyrinthitis. Super weird way to refer to this exam finding, but that's the NBME... "sometimes the eyes can get fucked up in labyrinthitis" I'm gonna remember that.

Seems increased "middle ear pressure" can be a cause of abnormal tympanic reflex. Thanks for the comment here.
Or do could they mean tympanic membrane light distortion for light reflex?
Discussed in updated clip yes
at some point was reading about that light reflex and thought that it would confuse me - it did here
You’re giving Gerard Way in this video hahaha, love your style dude and how you always change it up. Thank you for all you’ve done for us💯
Great!
WRONG FUCKING ANSWER! Great content boss!
Beautiful question Mike.
Thank you so much ❤
so is the decreased appetite and nausea the viral sign??
yes
Sir , I though MS is also associated with viral infection , maybe im wrong
Never seen NBME vignette linking viral infection with MS. Will basically always just be idiopathic/familial.
