I really like this figure. Newage’s Bumblebee-Cliffjumper two-pack was my first Newage purchase. Originally, I planned on getting some Newage figures to supplement my upgraded Hasbro Core Class collection. However, once I started down the Newage rabbit hole, there was no turning back. Nowadays, I’m after a Newage collection of the complete cast of seasons one and two of the G1 cartoon.
So much Newage! They are meant to be that small, next to Optimus. If you look at animation scale guides, you'll see that Newage do pay close attention to how they scale with each other. Newage's very first release was their original go at Bumblebee, which was a bit bigger, a bit simpler and with a more realistic alternate mode, but they decided to re-do it to make both modes look more like the cartoon.
He looks amazing and so does cliff!

To be honest it is very good how the robot modes do all scale so well. They need to do some more minibot figures
