A lot of people talk about the frickin' amazing skills at diorama making, but can we also discuss how the editing of these videos probably takes an immense amount of time and it's so relaxing and enjoyable to watch? Seamless, dude. Seamless.
Also, this totally makes me think of Lake Placid and the whole "Come nibble mommy's toes" thing. lol
Can we just take a second to appreciate the fact that this dude made wood varnish *from scratch*
You mean: "Can we just take a second to appreciate the fact that this dude made wood varnish from scratch... For FREE"!

Why,I ALWAYS do it THAT way,,,, LMFAO
I know right I said the same, that’s awesome!!! I’m gonna try it out on my next project
True (former)
Maybe I’m under a rock but you and others who make these magnificent pieces of art deserve your own museum or something. I rarely see works like this on television or anywhere.
Everyone in the comment section is spouting memes,
While I'm just here, because this is beautiful and amazing.
I love watching this unfold.
How nice for you ....

They used a crocodile instead of a alligator
RITZCOON that is a crocodile
RITZCOON it’s supposed to be a crocodile.
There’s no way to tell it’s a toy 😂 it could be either.

I've been watching a lot of resin diorama videos lately, and I really love this!
It looks really beautiful, and doesn't require any expensive tools or materials that I'm unfamiliar with. I'm amazed at how good the waves look with just white glue and air blown through a straw. I want to try making a resin diorama, now!
This is like watching Bob Ross with a dark twist - "Everyone should have a friend..."
Edit: Forgot to mention this is a joy to watch.
I watched my son play football today. It was just like watching Bob Ross.

The grasses poking through the dock are a nice touch for further realism.
It may be not real,
I'm still getting anxious for that girl's feet..
ᴛɪᴛꜱ Right?
ᴛɪᴛꜱ IKR!
Ummmm
You have to take videos that I’ve ever seen
I'm just gonna assume that she's actually Betty White's character from the movie "Lake Placid", and thus is relatively safe because the gator knows not to bite the hand (or foot) that feeds it. :D
setting the woman aside, this piece is so beautiful! i was so impressed by your idea to use glue to make the water movement effect and i'm just speechless.
Shrek: WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY SWAMP!?
I guess shrek is the croc and the woman is...donkey? IDK ANYMORE
The woman who is actually Lord Farquad dressed as a lady ( the hair do be lookin like Farquads)

Lovely ,reminds me of something when I was a kid 9 years old.I was sitting on a pontoon attached to ,at the end of a warf where small moter boats and dingies where moored, swinging my legs my heels bumping rithmicly on the pontoon side over the water ,when I looked down and saw a huge shark with sucker fish hanging on it swim under my feet under the pontoon my feet just 3 feet above it, I jumped up screeming in terror and ran to my grandmother who was talking to the caretaker...but they just ignored me .I was very shaken but ignored no one believed me ...but it was a bigggggg shark ...very big.And that you never forget.and that was 60 years ago.
How on earth are there 8.4k dislikes???? There is nothing to dislike about this video! Love the water effect!
The lady HAS To Know that a 15 foot alligator is fixin to Drag Her In, it Looks THAT REAL. I live in Louisiana and the Green Swampy Water looks Right On but maybe could of added a couple of Cypress Trees and Knees
Great job. I was amazed at the process of adding ripples to the water.
Thank you.

Outstanding dio. The girl is about to lose some toes.
It actually reminds me of that horror flick where Betty White was feeding some giant crocs like her pets.
Much more than toes.

Great job. The girl has no idea she's on tonight's menu🐊
When I was a museum tech I knew people who made those natural dioramas. I liked in particular the models of streams, including very realistic Brook Trout swirling in "water"..the rockwork and background was also perfect..but the water..ripples so real.
I might try it myself one day.
I am enjoying a cup of tea while watching this master piece! 100/100
I'm glad to hear that. Thank you.
The movements of the crocodile is very well done!
Thanks.
I like all the dioramas but I think I like this one much better 🎉.
That gives me the Willie's just seeing that scenario. Great job. That alligator looks real as heck
"Lake Placid"! Hahaha! Love this! Thank you for sharing!
😀 Thank you for watching.
Love a man that doesn’t talk. Keep it up👍
Love this diorama; so clever. This young girl is meditating and will not be returning home this evening.
Lol
I showed my daughter the end shots. She thought it was a real croc attack. Good job.
The scary part is: the ratio of woman to crocodile is accurate 😰
@Iwasthe Problem www.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/comments/89yp95/the_sheer_size_of_this_saltwater_crocodile/
But it's an alligator.
The Moon Herself That post was of a saltwater crocodile while this is an alligator though. Assuming that this is an American Alligator it would be around 18 ft if it's a male or 16ft for a female.
That being inaccurate must mean this whole project deserves a fail.

@@phersephonia3706 lots of huge saltys here in Sarawak I see them all the time, once I was out in the jungle and got stuck at a river and with my 2 friends had to swim across as we thought it wasn't a high risk area later found out it was one of the worst area's in North Sarawak responsible for many attacks, and another time I was sleeping at night on a jetty like this model (but closer to the water)when my dog started growling I rolled over to see a crocs eyes and snout slowly approaching 3 metre's away, lots more crocodile attacks kills here then in Oz.
How nice is this wonder and amazing..😊😀😃😄
This is amazing, love the glue making it look like water ripples
The crocodile is so cute! It looks like a barrel with fangs and a tail and stubby little legs!
I thought I missed something....did that steel wool just dissolve?!
cool....
Yeah what was that right its crazy
Vinger dissolved it. He used the liquid as a stain for the wood.
I would have just bought stain for the wood planks

I love this & am extremely jealous of your artistic mind & talents :) One day when I've built up a diorama stash I'll begin & inundate my granddaughter with them whether she likes it or not. Thanks heaps for sharing

I'm always watching your videos!
I am studying a lot thinking that I want to use your skills in my work someday.
Thank you for the good video always!

Okay UA-cam, bravo.
I have watched a ton of diorama videos, and recently watched a ton of crocodile videos (natures most fearsome foe).
And then you suggest the perfect coupling of peaceful artistic expression and my now most feared creature of water.
Thanks.
I tried to apply this technique.. It worked.. Thank you so much..
Wow!!!!! Such beautiful works of art. These pieces that you create are just amazing and blow my mind at how gorgeous they are. The amount of work that goes into making one of these is astounding and I couldn't imagine doing one myself. But again, they are incredibly beautiful pieces and I give you so much credit and respect for taking the time to make these. Thank you for sharing these videos of how you make them. It's incredibly interesting to see how it's done.

Scary but awesome 🤓
boy you have talent !!!!!!!!!!!
Its the old woman from lake placid! She's feeding her pet.

@@HowtoArtist to be honest i just would like to ask you exactly which resin do you use. I also want to make a diorama. I will link your channel in my pinned comment for your help :)
I have bought epoxy resin from local store. It did not have any information about it except for Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin 2:1 Ratio printed on it. Before purchasing notice these points.
1) Must be Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin.
2) 2:1 Ratio. Means two parts Epoxy resin one part Epoxy hardener.
3) Try to find low viscosity Epoxy resin because it is thin and bubbles easily escape from it.
4) Some epoxy hardener is yellowish don't buy it because when you add blue color, it will become green because blue + yellow = green.
5) Mix exact amount of resin and hardener and mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes.
6) Use Dye, alcohol ink or powder pigment to color it. Don't use acrylic paints, it makes it opaque.
7) I will suggest you to start with small project at first.
8) See lots of Epoxy resin tutorials.
Good luck!
@@HowtoArtist Thank You So much! I will try to send people to check your channel :)

I imagine a lot of these materials are right in our junk drawer or at craft store or Home Depot. I am gonna give it a try. I like the styrofoam cutter just melting it's way through. It's amazing how real you make the water look.

In my opinion you should have kept the bubbles when you poured the resin to make it look a bit more realistic but it still turned out great
