Returning Chelsea manager José Mourinho describes the 'very pragmatic' conversation he had with club owner Roman Abramovich on Monday before agreeing to sign a four-year contract at Stamford Bridge. Mourinho says the decision was made in minutes after Abramovich asked him whether he wanted to come back and, in return, Mourinho asked whether Abramovich wanted him back.
