  • Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
I came to Aokigahara once again, this time with friends so did not film much videos but cannot stop myself here. In the north-east of Aokigahara forest there is a theme park, like mini Shirakawa-go. Unfortunately I came here too late they stopped selling tickets, but I was able to persuade to let me in for 20 min.
    Map www.google.com...
    Time 05/19 4:40pm
Filmed in UltraHD 4K 60p with Lumix GH5 camera, 8-18 f2.8-4 lens and Beholder EC1 stabilizer.
Feel free to correct my English or suggest a video to film.

Traditional housing just oozes that comfy homeliness that modern style buildings seem to lack. Like how they somehow seem to emanate a togetherness that would encourage familial interaction vs the modern style houses that tend to feel like they separate and isolate people.

The quality of your video never ceases to amaze me. So much detail, so fluid, such good color. Not even the slightest compression artifact even with all the trees around.

      @prltqdf9 6 років тому

Lots of compression artifacts at 1080p, especially with trees. But then, again, that resolution has lower bitrate.

I watched the video without first reading your description, and I kept wondering why you were rushing since you never do that. Now I understand--you had only 20 minutes!
Thank you for the video. (And thanks to the nice lady ticket-seller who let you in! 😀)

What a peaceful visit Rambalac... it does reminds me of my village.. where locals live their everyday lives to earn some living... and the forest is too close to home tbh.
This visit has somewhat healed me in some way, thank you Rambalac. Have a nice day sir

Nice friendly folks. I always equate what we see to things I have seen. We have many "heritage villages" with shops, crafts and displays like that near here. Especially in the Appalachian Mountains. So I always wind up comparing the two. Many differences but many similarities. Thanks for convincing the lady t let you in and taking the time to video this. (Still headed back in Ram-time to a bit over a year now)

So far, he's got three down: 4K, 60fps and stabilization, with two to go: HDR and binaural. Don't get me wrong, this is great stuff, and I can't wait for each new video, but HDR + binaural would make these perfect.
Then... sometime in the future: 120fps =)
      www.tweaktown.com/news/60779/samsungs-rumored-new-camera-shoots-4k-video-120fps/index.html
UA-cam needs to support 120fps, though.

Aokigahara once again, but where are the horrible monsters, where are the dreadful ghost, where are the awful creatures that come from the other side???
Unholy Walker, why if you show yourself like a sinister shadow, there is no other by your side???
This poor necromancer salute you from his Dark Tower.
