The meter is the skill Frostcraft from Velkhana armor. When my weapon is sheathed the gauge will recharges, attacking with consume the gauge and deal more DMG
@@moderatelyecchi8720 yes it does work, if you dont have access to Health Augment yet, Heat Guard along with Recovery Speed are your best defensive skills against her
turning 3 times with Clutch Claws will enrages her, which gives me 20% DMG bonus. the enrage roar posture also cut short my tenderization recovery animation so I get to attack faster

Probably a dumb question but how are you not losing 1000hp/sec from the aura dot?
Cool Drink negates the heat DMG
