It prolongs the efect of the first Might Seed and Demon Powder long enough so I won't have to use the them the second time, which save me from the long sheathing and items animation mid combat

The meter is the skill Frostcraft from Velkhana armor. When my weapon is sheathed the gauge will recharges, attacking with consume the gauge and deal more DMG

Cool Drink negates the heat DMG

​@@moderatelyecchi8720 yes it does work, if you dont have access to Health Augment yet, Heat Guard along with Recovery Speed are your best defensive skills against her

I think HBG is pretty balanced considered that while HBG you gotta be so bored out your mind that playing the game becomes a mental torture
