5-400 Finch Avenue, Pickering - Open House Video Tour

    What a beautiful house! I really love how consistent they are with all the bathrooms. A wonderful kitchen, one of a few I saw on this channel that uses all the potential for storage, though I would paint the fronts in dark color because right now it's just way too much of white and it looks quite cold. Also the side door leading to the basement level should be changed since there are huge gaps around them.

    Beautiful. I wish we had affordable homes n the Bay area. A1500 square foot 3bed 2 bath would cost over 1 million. I would love to live in a move in ready home like this but would end paying double in property taxes and the mortgage. 😢

      From what I saw it is a single-family house. The basement level can be an in-law suit or could be rented depending on what a family would want to do. Why do you think it's an apartment building or even a hotel?
