    i love how Alinea gives such a great insight into the development of each dish/menu. Absoloutely inspirational. Could the concept of that ice candle that eventuates into a drink be applied/adapted to suit a cocktail at Aviary?

    Wonderful : Idea Generation. Idea is no-bodies monopoly.Triggers entrepreneurship.It may be stupid and can shape up wonderfully.Brainstorming and thought provocation matters the most.
