    I never warmed up beyond hitting dinks for about 5 minutes and maybe two or three long ball shots. Then I attended one of your and Tony’s camps. Been warming up ever since. It WORKS people!

    How long should each exercise take ? 10minutes or more.

    What about quads?

      Generally our quads are stronger than our hamstrings, that's why I chose these. :)
