Bought a hand mixer for my apartment the other day after making meringues by hand. Totally worth it! And the dough hook attachments are a game changer. Can't be spending bundles on a kitchen aide as a college student, and this is much more suited to my space constraints.

ESTEE!!! Love you! I have quite a few Doc Martens and they are so comfy, although some of them take a little bit of breaking in. It still makes me sad to think about Reggie, he was such a cutie! I loved when you guys would make voices for him talking :) I just lost one of my dogs to cancer and even though I live with people and have two other dogs, it still fills me with loneliness when I think about him, cuddles from dogs are the best! Anyway, I love your videos and hope this is a great week for you!

Speaking as someone who lived in Doc Martens in the 90s (I'm old) and who has a size 9 1/2 foot, yes, they make your feet look big but they also make your ankles look dainty. Haha.

Black Friday last year I bought a Kitchenaid hand mixer because it was on sale for like $10. I have yet to use it 😂! Even though mixing by hand can be a chore, the thought of getting out the mixer, assembling it, and then washing the pieces never sounds like a good idea hahahah! Let us know if you end up using it, maybe it will inspire me to finally get mine out!
Seriously? You pull out the mixer, stick in the two beaters, and plug it in. 😂 and then you just rinse off the two beaters when you’re done or put them in the dishwasher. It’s really not a process at all. You are making it into such a bigger deal than it is!

Estee, if you have old stockings or tights, cut a short tube out and put it over your dyson brush part. So whenever you have a lot of hair buildup, just pull out the stocking tubing outwards on all sides and it should get rid of your hair buildup in one shot.

I so agree--hair should be all the way dry to make an effective blow dry. Years ago I gave this tip on mothering.com after reading a thread on styling hair. Someone who never had her hair professionally cut was asking for tips. Someone right below her said "don't blow dry the heck out of your hair--instead stop when it is still moist". I jumped in and said either let it air dry, or blow dry it to the bitter end till it is totally dry. Lots of people didn't agree with me because they were very crunchy. If you don't know what that is look it up on mothering.com. I stand by my advice. Lessons learned.

LOVE hand mixers! Little and practical. I don't get kitchen aid to be honest... like do people REALLY need it for home? For a cafe and restaurant yes, but for home it's pretty extra haha
