I’m not a huge PSA fan, I don’t own any of their guns. But it is cool as hell they offer such customization and parts and empower the customer to be their own armorer. Such a welcome change in the industry.
I think even the haters are curious what those crackheads are brewing up next. It's refreshing to have a relatively fast moving company do stuff like this
PSA seems to be the only company out there that actually listens to the community and tries to put out products we want at somewhat affordable prices. They just need to get a handle on their QC. Edit: plus their pro 2A stance is barely rivaled in the industry.
I'd never thought about buying a PSA for a carry gun until I played around with their upcoming Sabre Micro Dagger at the Shot Show last week. I would be lying if I said that I wasn't excited to buy one when they are released.

37mm tubes have existed forever. While its neat that PSA has AAC to make relative cheap trainer rounds the utility for civs is basically 100% toy status unless you want a massive underbarreled shotgun or something

Unconvinced that stocked pistols = PDW's . Perhaps more accurately: unconvinced that anything civilian legal can accurately fit into the PDW category period.
That being said, it'll be interesting seeing future options that try a wired or all-in-one approach. A slaved optic-emitter-battery system will definitely be heavier, but almost certainly more consistent than two separate units that have to constantly "talk" to each other.

PSA and Primary Arms are doing their best to give the every day gun owner some solid options and reasonable prices. I know I’ll be picking up the GLX 1X Microprism when it’s available, and the .308 JAKL has my eye as well. I’m kind of an OTB (only the best) gun snob, but I can really get on board with the mission statement of PSA.
I think the Flux Raider 365 wins the show for me. Really curious to see what people think when they can do formal inhand reviews. I think the idea of the extended shroud and Flux making 6" barrels is really interesting. This would give it better ballistics than p320 raider while still being small enough to holster. Very intriguing.

Ran into Hop last year, was riding a booth all of this year. Got up to the main floor to see a few things. a lot of new fun things came out this year, it was over-all fantastic, even if my feet still hurt and I'm still tired.
I'm honestly most excited about PSA's build your own shotgun. 'Bout time they hopped into that, and the ability to one-stop-shop the gun you want without needing to drop $250 on an already $550 gun is nice. Certainly beats Mossberg and PTR's "we chopped down this $375 gun, here's your AOW bro, that'll be $900 plus tip please" approach. And yes, before you chime in, I am perfectly aware that the Maverick 88 still exists. No, I am not getting a Maverick 88.

When the PS90s were on sale a few months ago with the extra mag and Vortex red dot and had the 175 rebate, I almost got one, but decided against it because I want to keep as few different calibers as possible. It’s been a dream gun for a while and I love the ergonomics, but I couldn’t justify it to myself. My buddy got a PS90 and a Rock 5.7. I liked the PS90 a lot and I loved the Rock to the point where I could almost see myself owning one. When I saw this with the deployable brace, I knew it would be at a decent price point and that I was going to grudgingly venture into 5.7 as well.
I have a pair of 1431 mk2 gen 3 and they are amazing for the price point. Buy them from custom night vision and they get them from canada so they go through QC
ehh, look at the comment section of the TFB video. Some of it is the stock status but a lot of it is just that they've achieved some meme status. Hopefully they'll get this release right. The others seemed promising.
You say you're a lefty on a lot of your videos. I have a lower receiver suggestion for you. Try the Sharps Bros livewire lower receiver for your AR. The only proprietary piece is the bolt release on the right side and the extended bolt release transfer bar inside of it. Besides that it's 100% mil spec parts kit compatible with an aggressively flared magwell and an oversized trigger guard all in a forged package. You can buy one for about $136 on a good day.

By the way, the "new" Elcan is basically the exact same optic that the German Bundeswehr adopted in like 2021. So maybe there will be a small clone market.

DT said they couldnt get the micron to work in 300 blk previously, havent heard where they say that have it working now. 300 blk micron is a want, but because their piston is so far forward and the port not moved back to a typical "pistol" gas location, nothing seen so far has me believing they will do it. Would love to be wrong.
They have a video all about the changes on their channel. Haven't seen any SS2024 coverage that comes close to going as in-depth as the video on their own channel. It's worth a watch even though the man himself is still pretty awkward in front of a camera.
I'm hoping the Wolverine has finally matured into the bullpup that the bullpup crowd has all been waiting for. This is their 3rd generation, so hopefully all the kinks have been worked out. It took 3-4 generations before the Sig MCX matured into the Spear LT. So fingers crossed.

Making a thermal fully dependent on a wifi signal is an interesting strategy, we'll see how that plays out.
It was just a tool room prototype. It hasn't "come out" as brqss facts said, it was just a demo of stuff they are playing around with.
