Clear sign of a very hard worker who is constantly improving. A lot of people coast once they get some success and this is not coasting. It's probably not super rare, but from my perspective, I have not seen very many people who are good at tonal consistency like this and have the rhythm and lyrical dexterity to belt out raps like that. Even if there's a lot of cuts, most people would never be able to do it in a million takes.
