- No. 4 TCU had to take care of business today to finish the regular season undefeated at 12-0. With Clemson and Ohio State falling earlier, this game was crucial in determining the landscape of the College Football Playoff heading into championship week. The Horned Frogs dominated from the jump. A Kendre Miller touchdown run and pick-six on back-to-back plays put TCU up 24-0 early. From there, TCU cruised to a victory over the Iowa State Cyclones.

I was surprised Iowa State even scored. They were incompetent at most aspects of football. TCU is very good, and I hope they get to the championship game.
I think if we are genuinely on and play like this and the way we played Texas, we could beat anybody outside of Georgia honestly.

TCU should be in the playoffs regardless of what happens next weekend. The 3 teams that finished undefeated should automatically be in. If they get dropped out for Ohio State like 2014, I’m going to be sick.
2014 their reason was we beat up on Iowa state to hard so they lost rank 💀. Wouldn’t shock me if they pull that again.

In agreement with Matt Barrie, I believe that TCU should make the playoff even if they lose their conference championship. I just hope that they don’t get wiped off the map during the semis/CFP

Watch the bowl committee pull some bs to not have TCU in the top four. Knowing them they will keep Ohio State at 3 and try to justify having Alabama ranked at 4.

Remember early in the season when head coaches were fired at Nebraska and Wisconsin and Matt Campbell was spouted by all the wizards of smart (that's you ESPN) as a top candidate for those jobs. Matt Campbell isn't on anyones coaching short list now and I wonder if he'll be fired now that the season is over.

If you mean in the conference championship game ... Not yet decided, but probably Kansas State. We already beat them, of course, but history shows that it is VERY hard to beat the same good team twice in one season. And K-State is a good team.
TCU will be playing Kansas State for the conference title since the Wildcats beat the Jayhawks.
