    Nora, thank you so very, VERY much! Your timing is impeccable as always! Seems every time I happen to be going through a particularly difficult patch, you upload a guided meditation video.     When I try to meditate I feel headache thoughts Flow, I can't Concentrate

      It is indeed difficult to concentrate. Try my other longer meditation videos. You do have to easy into them, first 2 min, then 3 min then 5 min. You will get better at it :)

      @@kingslayer2788 you should never go looking for a fight, but you should always be ready when the fight comes to you. Nora has some great advice and tutorials on her channel for things like this.

      I like being barefoot too. 😊 Unfortunately it is a public park and I don’t want to risk any infection or stepping into something sharp. I trust wearing my training shoes outside.
