In this video, Patrick Lyons, UA-cam fitness personality, prankster, and bodybuilder, shares the first day of his full-time job at Microsoft. Working in the tech industry has been his dream ever since he was a little kid, and in summer 2018 that dream finally became reality. Throughout Day One of the Microsoft experience, Patrick and the other new full-time employees go through New Employee Orientation (NEO), eat at the Commons with their managers on the main campus in Redmond, and take pictures with the Microsoft sign. Patrick also gets set up with his new Surface computer, attends his first team meeting, and explores his area of campus . Just as he did as an intern, Patrick gets access to the Seattle Pro Club (the largest gym in America). Check out the video to see all that and more. This is one video you don’t want to miss.
Hey y’all, hope you enjoyed the new video!! I had a ton of fun filming it, and it felt incredible to finally finish it! I’m so sorry it’s been so long since my last upload, but I wanted my first upload back to be my first day at Microsoft so you know what I’ve been up to for the last 2 months! It’s been difficult managing to do Microsoft, run my own business (the Lyon Shred), AND do UA-cam.
That said, I’ve FINALLY balanced these three parts of my life, and I’ve got tons of new videos on the way. a couple years ago when my mother was still alive she called me one saturday morning panicking because her laptop changed, she lost all her games and saves... so i go over there and sure enough you mother fuckers put windows 10 on her laptop without her knowledge or permission ... she was pissed one game she loved was called taptiles .... i fucking hate you fuck you im not your guniea pig.... I feel like I would either cry during the orientation or when I got home, it's such a milestone getting hired for a company of Microsoft's stature. A lot of careers take a lot of hardwork, but I feel most don't come close to how much personal sacrifice and growth goes into developing a successful career in IT.
it definitely does take a ton of work and it’s a super fulfilling thing to achieve

OMG billy it’s genuinely the best company i’ve ever worked for. the culture is incredible and they’re all about growing people in their careers. i took on previous internships, i have my own fitness coaching company, and i’ve done several other unique things such as build a youtube channel and compete on american ninja warrior. i highlighted those things and more on my resume and made sure to bring my full self to the interview!

Microsoft treat intern and new grad better than industry hire but still lagging behind FANG. If you've interned or worked in a first tier company in silicon valley you will know the difference

They did it again. I tried to avoid updates because they change shit on my computer. They did something to it last night. It changed my color scheme, added some crapware I will never use called audio wizard from the microsoft store??? I don't even use that worthless app... and they put some weather icon in my systray that I can't get rid of. My bro gave me an ipad air for my b-day, I am going to try to migrate to that. Seriously, MS what a shit company...you work for a shitty company. I can't call MS, all their physical stores are closed from what I've read online. I hope you still enjoy my posts :D

I paid 600 dollars for this notebook ..IT IS MINE!!! NOT YOURS. I HAVE AN IPAD IT WILL OFFER ME AN UPDATE BUT I CAN CHOOSE TO NOT INSTALL IT. I LOATHE MICROSOFT WITH UNBRIDLED PASSION... I have never even used the store. AMD Radeon software just got installed.... WTF is that? I fucking hate microsoft and believe me I am not the only consumer that feels like this. Many other people hate microsoft too....

Dude, you work for a shitty company and I'm not kidding. All I could find was a virtual assisstant and that did nothing. For a company that has literally billions of dollars ..... it's shit....
