Nice review and congrats to Pat, I installed a boat collar on my 3.7 stacer in April 16, fantastic stability and no rolly polly tinnie anymore.( BD from Leumeah NSW.)
Well done demonstrating the stability at rest , would be nice if more boat reviewer made the effort to show this on other boats that claim to be stable at rest
The Americans have been putting wide chines & strakes on boats 4 yrs. The only difference is he is putting wide chines on short boats & yes it will make them turn fast & give them lift. My old boss purchased a 25ft semi sports boat out of the usa 30+yrs ago. It had 4-5 inch chines & similar strake widths.

Like stabicraft. Very stable but ride is very hard on choppy weather.

Good to see it can be towed and launched by a Ford Falcon Wagon - two wheel drive. 😁 Might be out of my one income family price range though.😥
Boston Whaler did this 40 years ago
Alu-minion? LOL! Took me a sec to figure out what he was saying. Cool boat though. Available in USA?

My 4.5 is just as stable...
They are so damn ugly though. And I don't like the way they turn flat.
Omg that is the noisiest hull I've ever heard. slap slap slap hitting under chine every ripple slap ugh.
