This is what UA-cam should be about. A true gem. A soothing, beautiful gift for everyone to enjoy. Not only do we benefit from a beautiful performance of a father and daughter, but it is done so in a very non ostentatious way. You can tell the father has a singing background, and with that I expected more of a "hey, let me demonstrate how great of a singer I am" show, as is true with so many singers nowadays. But that's not what he does here. The song is just slow and beautiful, and the harmony that the father uses throughout the song is intentionally bringing out the beautiful voice of his daughter. And they look so comfortable doing it. Thank you!

And when daughter is old and gray, *she* can look back and smile. You will always have this - it’s as close to being immortal as we get. So much more talent than the so-called "stars" we hear in the present day.
I lost my best friend to suicide not long ago and I just stumbled across this video and it really hit my heart hard but in a good way thank you for reminding me how beautiful she was and singing so beautifully.
