- Our home is finally completed. When we say “completed,” we mean that it’s far enough along to move into. There is still some touch up and cabinetry going in. We have agonized over all of the details of this home, and it has become an expression of the dreams we have for ourselves and our children. We hope you enjoy our empty house tour. We will show reveals for individual rooms as we decorate our home.

Brianna Buchanan , it’s a utility closet for our furnace. It’s locked so that the kids can’t get in. 😊
Stephanie Bragg , yes, Shayden is-in part-named after Shaye, but Skyler’s middle name is Shae too. Their mom was all about the S names. 😆

Great Scotts I mean that is awesome! It was interesting to me because where I live it’s not really normal to have that in your house. We just installed some at my college. Also it’s like 1.5k on Amazon

They are rich enough to have 1 person per room to clean. Also they probably get paid well so I'd clean that whole house myself if I had to.

I'd be happy for them. I'd rather live in and clean it than not. But if you mean a maid or something, it's better than cleaning a smaller house. It's bigger and you get more pay.

Ashannie Is so cute the second level in many homes are not the same square footage as the main floor, especially homes that have high ceilings. The areas that have high ceilings do not have flooring above it, just roofing.
it's just a personal preference. I personally would never do that, the cost of the AC will be sky high :O but, they are obviously rich and like the aesthetic of it lol

Tbh. It is fun to share with siblings when you’re young. I shared with my brother till we were in high school.

Alexandra's World yes. It’s great. Less spaces occupied, less places to clean. And kids learn to share, and it’s just fun in general at that age
Elly can’t relate lol. Had to share a room with my brother for 8 months in an apartment while our house was being remodeled. Wasn’t very fond of his study habits as he blasts rap while he studies and I like to study in complete silence. But anyways, there’s nothing better than having your own space and if you’d like to spend time with your siblings, you could just go to the living room or kitchen and hang out with them there.
Arianeful seems a little wasteful as there’s a room for a theatre instead of a bedroom lol.

This is a beautiful home. Honestly, this is not in my personal taste (which really doesn't matter because it's not my home), but still so functional and nicely done. Congrats! Hope it brings you many wonderful memories in the years to come.

That's true. However they have the "playroom" right off the rec area upstairs. Once the kids grow up they probably won't want or need a playroom and that can be converted to a teenage boys room. I'm sure a teenage boy would love a private bedroom right next to the movie and rec room.
You could buy bunk beds for kids who have to share a room and they still might want to be next to each other on one of bunks. Younger siblings can be close that way. I think it’s nice.
A lot of young siblings feel more comfortable sharing a room my nieces begged for their own and after they moved into a house where they got their own I visited and they were back in the same room
I was looking for this comment lmao all these unnecessary rooms and couldn't prioritize each child having their own space! I hated sharing a room with my little sister.
To everyone who keeps commenting on making the boys share rooms:
The memories these boys will have together sharing the same room will be amazing. They will have so much fun together & they could’ve easily made it separate but they were thinking of their kids
Me and my sisters would kill each other cause when u get older sometimes u just want space and privacy. But when they are younger I don’t see it being too bad.
CJ Canfield yeah but they’re young, the mom even said in the video that she can see her child wanting her own room when older.
natalie clark i legit said I don’t see it being bad when they are young 😂. But also remember siblings are siblings they purposely annoy each other. But if the mom likes that it’s their decision there is not problem w it. When they get to like middle school the oldest she’s def gonna want a different room for privacy reasons as well.
I think it’s cool for them to share rooms when they are young but when they are older they are gonna want their own room. So it makes more sense to plan for that as the amount of time they’ll want to share a room and the amount of time they’ll want their own room will not be the same.
The first room is straight out of my dream home that paneling the mood feel the fact you want a piano and call it your library love it so much

It's unnecessarily large.think about the drain on the environment. It takes a ridiculous amount of resources to build a house this size, heat and cool a house this size, and furnish a house this size. Americans are over the top with their aspirations of home ownership.

Ok for a split second I thought the drinking fountain was a bit much. I have never seen one in a house! It look me less than a minute to realize how absolutely brilliant that is! My kids are always asking for a drink and I go through so many cups! That's awesome!
My kids have their cup on the counter by water dispenser. Why would they need a bunch of cups, am I missing something?
My kids don't always remember to use the same cup. They climb up on the counter and grab a new one from the cupboard quite often. Good parenting on your part to have taught yours to use the same one each time :)

Nicki O. Thank you! Natural light is a big deal to us. We are fortunate in the back of our house because there is a very large hill that provides a lot of privacy. We plan to put window coverings up too. 😊
It is absolutely beautiful. I can only imagine the feeling you will get to open your curtains in the morning to let the sunshine in.
So glad you have window coverings because when I was younger my house was being watched unknown to us and when we all went out someone broke in. Now I always make sure my windows are covered before dark. Not trying to scare you, just want your family safe 🙂
