The girl just needs to pay her share of the Airbnb. Same thing happened to me. Twice.
The 1st time, I was stubborn and refused to pay. It slowly degraded my friendship and to this day I deeply regret it.
The 2nd time, I ponied up and paid my share even though I had to cancel and ALL of the friendships with the girls who all went are totally intact. It was a non-issue.
Ya, it sucks to pay for something you won’t use or experience but keep your agreements. Live in integrity. You’ll never regret that.
I have a feeling the person who canceled learned her own budget wasn't able to cover her own share. Which is why she wasn't willing to share her reason why she canceled. She may be embarrassed she doesn't actually have the $ to spend like this.
Just send the ladies to JUDGE JUDY and let them hash it out there. We'll watch!😂❤
We have rented places people have had to cancel due to emergencies or just random stuff. They lost the portion they put for the deposit but didn't pay the rest because they didn't go. We are friends we have to be there for one another.
She gave her word. She has to pay up 🤷🏻♂️
Cheeky madam. £200 is a hell of a lot.
Airbnb has free cancellation so no don’t pay
This one was set up so there was no refund at all for a cancellation.
